Sarah Way who is one of the Founders of RainbowBiz and has been a Director from the very beginning was awarded a “highly commended” Award for all her work as a volunteer at RainbowBiz. Sarah manages the RainbowBiz Hippy Shop and ensures it operates in a professional and friendly way in order to make profit which is all reinvested into the social enterprise to run the many projects and groups which she also takes a lead role in managing as co-ordinator.
